The Priory of the Light schedules a full officers' meeting at three month intervals which is followed by a general meeting of its members, snacks, or a meal are followed by other activities.

As necessary, Postulant meetings are held. This allows the membership to meet the new Postulants and vice versa. An educational session for the Postulants is included in this meeting as well as informal activities.

When appropriate, special meetings may be called. This may be for a fund raiser for some worthy need or any situation that requires the membership to gather.

The goal of the Priory of the Light is to have at least two social gatherings or holiday meetings per year.
